Texas State University’s Bobcat Shuttle is a recipient of federal financial assistance and complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Bobcat Shuttle operates its programs and services for everyone. Any person who believes they have been unlawfully discriminated against in the provision of a Bobcat Shuttle service may file a Title VI complaint; information on how to file a complaint is provided in the section below.

Filing a Discrimination Complaint with Texas State University

Any person who believes they have been discriminated against can file a complaint with the Texas State University. 

The office of Equal Opportunity & Title IX at Texas State University is responsible for overseeing and enforcing the university’s policies and for investigating complaints of discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

Filing a Discrimination Complaint with the Federal Transit Administration

Complaints shall be submitted in writing on the FTA’s Civil Rights Complaint Form and must be signed by the complainant and/or the complainant’s representative. Complaints shall set forth as fully as possible the facts and circumstances surrounding the claimed discrimination.
